Impact of the strategic health plan on governance in Latin American Countries
Abstract
The article focuses on analyzing the impact of the strategic health plan on governance in Latin America, using the PRISMA model as a key methodology. The results highlight the need for collaborative efforts at the social and national level to promote the health and quality of life of the population. The implementation of strategic plans is presented as a structured process, highlighting the importance of solidarity and the identification of governance mechanisms linked to the government. Governance is perceived as a systematic function that facilitates the connection between the State, its organizations and institutions, and citizens to anticipate changes and effectively protect the population. In conclusion, it is highlighted that the implementation of government policies through health governance is a socio-political process in constant evolution, improving the interaction between the State, civil society and the economy with the common objective of improving health indicators.
