Artistic theory of law

Resumo

Este trabajo ofrece una alternativa para la interpretación del derecho a partir de sus presupuestos artísticos. A partir de la relación de la teoría del arte y de la teoría del derecho se realiza una propuesta hermenéutica que sirva para humanizar la práctica jurídica a través de la incorporación de elementos de la inteligencia emocional. Se hace un recorrido breve por el concepto de cultura jurídica como un elemento importante para el análisis del derecho.

This work offers an alternative for the interpretation of law based on its artistic presuppositions. Based on the relationship between art theory and the theory of law, a hermeneutical proposal is made that serves to humanize legal practice through the incorporation of elements of emotional intelligence. A brief tour of the concept of legal culture is made as an important element for the analysis of law.
